Michael Jeffrey Foster was born on August 13, 1970 at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. He spent his childhood in southern Iowa and later lived all over the United States, wherever his father, a chaplain in the U. S. Army, was stationed. Part of his high school years were spent in Germany, then he graduated from high school in 1989 in Waynesville, Missouri. Michael attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma from the fall of 1989 through the fall of 1993, where he met Justine Hood. Michael enlisted in the army in 1993 and served his country until May of 1999 when he was medically discharged. He was stationed in Panama and Maryland and had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe while serving as a counterintelligence agent. Michael and Justine were married on July Fourth 1998 and lived in Maryland until his discharge, then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Alden Jeffrey Foster was born June 6, 2000. Michael went back to school at ORU and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in writing in May 2002. He went home to be with the Lord on April 10, 2003.
